Renomex is operated by International Software Solutions LLC, 1910 Thomes Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001-3527, USA (“we”). These terms apply when a business (“you”) uses Renomex. Renomex is offered to businesses, not to consumers.
Renomex helps you ask your customers for Google reviews: by QR code, WhatsApp, text message or email. Every customer is offered a one-tap path to your Google review page; a private note to you is offered alongside, never instead. Renomex also offers reply drafts written with AI for you to approve, and a receipt for every review request.
Reviews are written by your customers and published by Google. We do not promise a number of reviews, a rating or a ranking on Google, and we cannot control Google’s decisions.
Prices are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Prices exclude taxes where applicable.
New customers get a free 7-day trial. Renomex is fully digital: you download your own QR code or print-ready card and send review requests by WhatsApp, text message or email. We do not ship or lend any hardware. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
We process your customers’ data on your behalf as described in our privacy policy. A data processing agreement is available on request.
We work to keep Renomex available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is kept short.
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for decisions made by Google or other platforms.
We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect; if you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
