During the launch discount a customer pays half price, so commission is 30% of the amount actually paid, not of the list price. When the discount ends and they move to full price, your commission rises with it. We are not going to pay out more than comes in — that is how programmes quietly get cancelled a year later.
If a customer refunds or charges back, the commission on that payment is reversed. Only that payment, not your whole balance.
You cannot refer yourself, your own business, or a business you control. This product exists to fight fake reviews. An affiliate programme that tolerated fake signups would make a nonsense of it.

Anyone already earning keeps their rate on the customers they already brought in. A change would apply only to referrals made after it was announced, with at least sixty days' notice.
Write to us with your name, where you are, and roughly how you would reach local businesses. It does not need to be a formal proposal — a few honest sentences is enough. We reply to everyone.
You do not need a company, a website, a following, or any experience with software. Some of the best people at this are simply well known in their own town.
