Why I Had to Build This (The Zero-Cost Mindset)
When I started, agencies were asking businesses for thousands of euros a month to send generic emails. I was sitting with zero budget, looking at local restaurants, plumbers, and dentists who were completely invisible on Google. They were losing 80% of local customers to competitors with fake reviews.
I didn't send a 50-page presentation. I didn't act like a slick salesperson. I reached out as a peer with a simple, direct 5-sentence message that exposed the truth: Google's new AI only calls and recommends the top 3 businesses in the map pack. Everyone else gets zero calls.
The Core Rule: You are not begging anyone to buy software. You are showing an overwhelmed business owner that they are bleeding revenue, and giving them the automated machine that fixes it while they sleep.
Deconstructing The Product (The 4 Pillars)
Never tell a client "I sell reputation management software." Tell them you install an automated 4-layer engine:
Pillar 1: The GBP Loop (Mike Martin Playbook)
Google doesn't rank businesses for complex keywords anymore. It ranks them on 4 Ps × 1 C:
• Profile Completeness & Mirroring (Address, phone, hours matching 100%)
• Posts (Weekly updates showing active management)
• Pictures (Real geotagged photos from work done)
• Praise (Steady stream of reviews + AI responses)
× CONSISTENCY. Renomex automates this entire loop.
Pillar 2: The Google AI Search Shield
Google rolled out "Have AI get prices." Google's AI literally calls local businesses on behalf of customers for water heaters, roof leaks, or dinner tables. But it ONLY calls the top 3 in the map pack! If a business is #4 or #5, they are completely bypassed. Renomex pushes them into the top 3.
Pillar 3: The 2-Way Reputation Shield
Satisfied clients (4–5★) are routed straight to Google Maps to skyrocket ranking.
Unhappy clients (1–3★) are caught privately in the owner's Renomex inbox BEFORE ever hitting the public internet. The owner gets an instant alert to make it right privately.
Pillar 4: RichX Blockchain Cryptographic Proof
Every rating is notarized on the RichX blockchain ledger. When competitors attack with fake 1-star bot reviews or Google wipes reviews with automated filters, the owner has immutable, mathematical proof of genuine physical visits.
Battle-Tested Copy & Paste Scripts

Script A: The Social Curiosity Hook (Facebook / LinkedIn)
Google AI now calls local businesses to get price quotes for customers, but it only calls the top 3 in the map pack.

Script B: The 5-Sentence Cold Message (WhatsApp / Email)
Hi [Name], I noticed you have 4.4 stars on Google, but you haven't replied to the last several reviews, and a couple of unfair complaints are dragging your rank down.
We have a contactless table stand system that sends happy guests straight to Google, catches negative feedback privately, and our AI drafts brand-protective replies to every review in 5 seconds.
Can I drop off 5 free table stands for you to test for 7 days with zero obligation?
Script C: The Crediio Directory Confirmation (Trojan Horse)
Hi [Name], I'm confirming your free business listing on Crediio — is your address, menu, and opening hours correct?
[Owner says yes]
Great, your profile is verified! I did notice one critical thing: your main competitor down the road has 45 more Google reviews than you, which is why Google AI routes calls to them first. Would you like our free check kit to see how to close that gap?
The 30-Minute Free Audit Close (Never Hard Sell)
Taken directly from Mike Martin's masterclass: Don't sell software. Sell relief from 10 hours of manual labor.
Step 1: Run the Free Check on Renomex.app
Show them their exact rank compared to the local leader. Show them the gap: "You have 38 reviews, the leader has 184."
Step 2: Walk Them Through The Work Required
Explain: "To beat them, you need to mirror your citations across 30 directories, post 3 real photos a week, send review requests to every customer, and reply to every review within 24 hours. That takes 5 to 10 hours every month."
Step 3: The Irresistible Closing Question
"Look, you can do all this work yourself if you have 10 hours a month. Or, you can let Renomex do it automatically in the background for €99/month. Which one sounds easier for you?"
Take a website and look at it for exactly 2 seconds. 90% of visitors bounce immediately because they cannot answer four critical questions above the fold. When pitching local businesses, this is your deadliest weapon.
The 4 Pillars That Must Be Answered Above The Fold
1. What do they do?
State the exact service, not corporate fluff. E.g., "Board & Train Dog Training" instead of "Passionate Pet Companionship".
2. What do they offer?
The concrete outcome or guarantee. E.g., "We eliminate leash pulling and behavioral anxiety in 14 days."
3. Where do they do it?
City, region, or service radius. If a visitor doesn't see their city immediately, they assume you're too far and bounce.
4. What do they want you to do?
A singular, high-contrast Call To Action button above the fold. E.g., [ BOOK FREE 15-MIN EVALUATION ].
Weapon: The 60-Second AI Redesign Prompt
Take a screenshot of any prospect's confusing website hero. Drop it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Google Gemini with this prompt:
Act as a ruthless CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) specialist and elite direct response copywriter.
Analyze this website header screenshot. 90% of visitors leave within 2 seconds because search intent is mismatched above the fold.
Rewrite this hero section to strictly satisfy the 2-Second Rule:
1. What do they do? (Clear, zero-jargon service name)
2. What do they offer? (Core outcome, proof, or guarantee)
3. Where do they do it? (Clear geographic service area)
4. What do they want the visitor to do? (1 high-contrast CTA button)
Provide:
A) Punchy headline and subheadline
B) Exact CTA button text
C) A 1-sentence explanation of why the original header was losing 80% of ad/traffic spend.
Outreach: The "2-Second Redesign" Cold Message
Hi [Name], I came across your website while checking local businesses in [City].
A quick test: when visitors land on your site, 90% leave in under 2 seconds because the header doesn't immediately tell them what you do, where you are, or how to book.
I took 60 seconds and generated a clean, high-converting hero redesign for your homepage (attached screenshot). No charge at all — feel free to send it to your webmaster to implement.
We pair this with Renomex's automated 5-star Google review shield so you dominate local search. Would you like our free 1-page local rating audit as well?
Battle-Tested Objection Crushers
Objection: "We already have 4.8 stars on Google."
"Congratulations, that proves great service! But when was your last review? Google's algorithm ranks review VELOCITY and RECENCY over static past stars. If a competitor has 4.5 stars but gets 8 reviews this week, Google's AI will prioritize them over your 4.8 stars from six months ago."
Objection: "Is asking for reviews against Google rules (review gating)?"
"Exactly why you need Renomex. Google strictly bans blocking customers from reviewing. Renomex sends 100% of customers to Google. We simply provide a private direct line to the owner alongside, so unhappy customers naturally choose to resolve issues with you privately instead of venting online."
Objection: "Let me think about it."
"Completely understand. Don't pay anything today. Take 5 printable table stands (or our automated text link) for this weekend. If you don't get at least 3 fresh 5-star reviews by Sunday night, you owe nothing and we shake hands as friends. Fair enough?"
